JEFFERSON PARISH, LA (WVUE) - All lanes of I-10 are open Friday morning after two Jefferson Parish deputies were injured during a vehicle pursuit.
According to Public Information Officer Jason Rivarde, two deputies sustained minor injuries.
Rivarde said one of the deputy's units was intentionally rear-ended, forcing it into the sidewall.
The suspect was not injured and was booked with multiple charges, which included aggravated criminal damage and aggravated flight from an officer.
At one point, four lanes of traffic were blocked off on I-10 traveling East at Bonnabel.
Officials opened the interstate back up around 4 a.m.
Information regarding the cause of the crash was not made available.
