(WVUE) - If you think you got what it takes to be a Drug Enforcement Agent, now is the time to try.
The DEA is conducting a nationwide recruiting program now through September 30, 2018.
With an opioid crisis and a growing drug problem across the country, more DEA agents are needed.
"If you want to try to help your community stay safe and if you want to travel and see the world, you'll learn about different investigations," says DEA Recruitment Coordinator Bryan Singleton. "We are all over the world, in different parts of the world. So if that's what you want to do and you're up for the challenge, give us a try."
You'll have to pass a nine-step process, which includes a 16-week training period at the academy.
