NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

A jury has convicted a former New Orleans Police officer who was accused of using her work resources to harass a woman who was dating her boyfriend.

Carolyn Dalton was found guilty of malfeasance in office.

Investigators said in January of 2013, Dalton harassed a woman and threatened to "get her" if she didn't end a relationship with the man Dalton was also dating.

Investigators also said Dalton also used her computer in her patrol car to look up the woman's home address.
