Little change to our pattern through Friday with a daily chance for showers and storms. Any storm could produce locally heavy rain with lots of lightning.
An area of disturbed weather over the Western Caribbean will move into the Gulf of Mexico later this week. Right now the chances for development are low. Regardless of development, deeper tropical moisture may move into our area this weekend increasing the chance for heavy rain.
Storms may increase as early as Saturday afternoon with waves of rain on Sunday. The greatest impact will be an increased chance for street flooding.
Drier air moves back in next week and rain chances go down while temperatures go up.
