An area of disturbed weather over the Western Caribbean will move into the Gulf of Mexico later this week. Right now the chances for development are low. The deep tropical moisture will likely move toward Texas over the weekend and may increase our chances for heavy rain too.
Storms may increase as early as Saturday afternoon with waves of rain on Sunday. The greatest impact will be an increased chance for street flooding.
