ST. TAMMANY PARISH, LA (WVUE) - A St. Tammany Parish grand jury indicted a 25-year-old man Thursday on a first-degree murder charge in the death of his 7-month-old son, according to District Attorney Warren Montgomery.
Corey Nauck is accused of beating the infant, who had been left in his care at the family's Folsom home on Feb. 26. The child died two days later.
In 2016, another Nauck child died at the age of 4 months. At the time, the death was classified as being due to natural causes. St. Tammany Parish Coroner Dr. Charles Preston has since reclassified that baby's death as "undetermined."
