Recipe from Brenda Rayburn of Kentucky
2 cans pinto beans
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
2 cans tomatoes
2 lbs. sausage
Brown sausage, onion, and pepper in a skillet. In a large pot place tomatoes and beans. When sausage is done drain off fat and add to beans and tomatoes. Cook at least 30 minutes. You can also add other spices if you like.
