NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -The old Charity Hospital is one step closer to being redeveloped.
The management committee for the redevelopment project believes “1532 Tulane Partners” should revitalize the building.
The next step would be to negotiate a pre-development agreement between the firm and the LSU real-estate and facilities foundation.
According to our partners NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune, plans for the building include 462 apartments.
The facility has been vacant since Katrina.
