NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -An announcement is expected Tuesday on how the Transportation Department will redirect traffic on I-10 in Kenner.
A new interchange is being built to take drivers to-and-from Armstrong International’s new terminal.
DOTD officials will go over the I-10 Loyola Intechange project, and provide an updated timeline.
Although the terminal is expected to open next year, drivers will need to wait much longer for the interchange to be built.
According to our partners NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune, the project could cost nearly $150 million.
