NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Baton Rouge native and Masters champ, Patrick Reed, revealed his menu plans for the 2019 Champions Dinner. One of the great traditions at the Masters is if you win the championship, the next year you pick the menu. Reed picked some crowd-pleasing options.
“I’m going to go with the bone-in rib eye, mac and cheese, creamed spinach, and creamed corn,” Reed said while in Hawaii preparing for the Sentry Tournament of Champions.
Don’t worry, there’s some healthier options also.
“So there will be grilled chicken, there will be probably some kind of seafood as well."
Reed won the 2018 Masters by one stroke over Rickie Fowler. The 2019 Masters runs from April 11-14.
