HANCOCK COUNTY, MS (WLOX) - A well-known real estate agency in Bay St. Louis now has the chance to make itself well-known to viewers outside of Mississippi through a brand new tv series, Inside Out with HL Raymond Properties.
HL Raymond Properties broker and company owner Holly Lemoine-Raymond will take viewers along the Gulf Coast on an unusual journey in search of homes in an innovative way different from other home-buying series.
Each episode in the series will feature three homes.
Viewers will first tour each home’s interior with its listing agent. Once viewers have explored all three interiors, they’re shown the three exteriors. Their challenge is to match the inside of each home with the correct outside.
Viewers will be able to interact and share their guesses using social media. But, the correct answers won’t be revealed until the end of the episode.
According to Lemoine-Raymond, the goal of Inside Out is to collaborate with the media to showcase her company’s featured listings while bringing more viewers and potential clients to the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
“The series and its companion social media campaigns, give us an opportunity to introduce this area to new audiences,” said Lemoine-Raymond. “So, it’s a winning situation for our coast communities, as well as our company.”
Some episodes will even include a quick do-it-yourself (DIY) project segment with Lemoine-Raymond or with a real estate tip from the broker or one of her guests.
