NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - We saw a lot of clouds today with the wrap around moisture from the upper low that pushed our cold front through last night. The clouds are breaking as we move later in the day clouds will break and we will end up mostly clear through the overnight. The mostly clear skies will allow already chilly air to cool efficiently. Areas north of Lake Pontchartrain will fall into the low to mid 30s. South of the lake temperatures will fall near 40. High pressure remains in control with cold and dry conditions holding on through the middle of the week.
