NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -A Tornado Warning was issued for Northeast Washington Parish and Pearl River County Tuesday morning.
According to the National Weather Service, the warning was issued around 5:30 a.m. and expired at 6 a.m.
According to Washington Parish and Pearl River County emergency officials, no injuries or damage was reported from the storm.
Some showers will continue through the mid-afternoon as temperatures drop into the low 60s and upper 50s.
