Baptist church leaders consider database of ministers credibly accused of abuse

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -Baptist church leaders are considering creating a database of ministers who were credibly accused of sexual abuse.
A report by two Texas newspapers detailed hundreds of cases of abuse in it’s churches.
Two included in the report were in the New Orleans area.
The church’s executive committee met Monday night regarding the investigation and report.
President J.D. Greear said leaders are looking at the possibility of the database, but said the subject is complicated.
