NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - A unique mentorship program designed to teach young people about architecture and engineering is expanding.
The ACE mentor program is already in three local high schools, and has now moved into Ursuline Academy.
Professionals from some of the area’s leading firms are helping about 45 kids in those schools to learn more about those career fields as they try and choose a professional path.
At Ursuline, they are now working to re-purpose older sections of the girls school.
Dozens of students will graduate from the program this week at UNO. Tickets are available. And they are always looking for mentors and support. If you’re interested please contact cgeneres@landisllc.com
