AVONDALE (WVUE) - After rain nearly wrecked the first round of the Zurich Classic, we’re finally back on track with beautiful weather. We have a packed leaderboard, with two groups Trey Mullinax-Scott Stallings and Jon Rahm-Ryan Palmer at 23-under.

Zurich Classic has a packed leaderboard going into round 4

“We’re really tired, but excited about tomorrow. Well I’m tired. We’re looking forward to tomorrow. We did really well today. We communicated really well today. We know what we need to do tomorrow. Just trust the process, stay with it. At the end of the day, we’re going to give it everything we got, and see how it stacks up,” Trey Mullinax.

“For us, drive the ball, put it in play, we have a great chance at every hole. If we both get the iron play going, get a hold of the putter real fast. We drive the ball well tomorrow we’ll have a lot of great chances. Yeah, I think we’re going to be right there,” said Ryan Palmer.

Ryan Palmer is close friends with Coach Sean Payton, and went to Texas A&M. So when the Saints drafted Erik McCoy, Payton texted Palmer, Gig’ Em.
