BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Former LSU defensive back Terrence Alexander has signed a contract with the Minnesota Vikings after a successful rookie tryout with the NFC North team.

The New Orleans native played in 13 games last year for the Tigers, finishing with 23 tackles and three pass breakups.

Before transferring to LSU for his senior season, Alexander played in 41 games at Stanford, recording 57 tackles and one interception.
