BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office says a man accused of exposing himself in a stranger’s house will be charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and obscenity.

EBRSO officials say the man, identified as Elvis Bilalovic, 36, entered a home in the 10000 block of McGuire Avenue around 3 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 8 and was found by the homeowner lying next to the bed with his genitalia exposed. The homeowner fled the area.

The sheriff’s office says the homeowner later saw a photo of the man circulating on social media and was able to positively identify the man as the one who’d been in her home. EBRSO was able to use the photo to identify the man.

EBRSO says Bilalovic was treated at a hospital and mentally evaluated before being booked.

“[The] residents woke up to find an unknown male suspect laying on the floor of their bedroom, exposing himself,” states the report. “The residents chased the suspect out of their residence and contacted authorities.”

The man in this photo is believed to have made his way into a home and allegedly exposed himself to the residents.
