Metairie man indicted for downtown New Orleans bank robbery

NEW ORLEANS, La. (WVUE) - 33-year-old Levi Herman was charged with one count indictment for bank robbery today.

Herman was charged for the robbery at the Capital One Bank in the Central Business District of New Orleans on Dec. 4.

He faces a maximum term of 20 years in prison, a maximum fine of $250,000, a maximum term of supervised release of three years, and a mandatory $100 special assessment, according to the report.
