Man arrested for allegedly killing man with sword

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Police have arrested a man accused of killing someone with a sword.
According to the New Orleans Police Department, Don Woods, 59, struck the man with a sword on April 21 in the 1300 block of Esplanade Avenue.
The victim was transported to a hospital where he later died. The victim’s identity is currently unknown.
Woods was arrested and booked on one count of second-degree murder.
