NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -The Saints are adding to their defensive line. A league source confirmed to FOX 8 sports that the team is signing defensive end/tackle Kentavius Street.

Street spent the last four seasons in San Francisco. In 2020, Street put a hit on Drew Brees that fractured his ribs and punctured his lung. Brees went on to miss four games due to the injury.

Street had three sacks a season ago and can also play inside. Saints co-defensive coordinator Ryan Nielsen coached Street during his most productive collegiate season at N.C. State. He’s the second free agent the Saints have signed from another club.
