TEXARKANA, Ark. (KSLA) — A man who was facing drug charges in Texarkana, who bolted from the courtroom, has been recaptured.

On Wednesday, March 8, the Texarkana Texas Police Department posted on Facebook that Bradley Linn, 40, of Bivens, Texas, is back in custody after they got an anonymous tip that he was at an Exxon gas station in the 4000 block of S Lake Drive. Officers went out there and found him hiding in the bathroom inside the gas station. Police say they arrested him without incident.

Linn bolted from the courthouse lobby on East Street while on his way to a court appearance on drug charges in Miller County on Monday, March 6. Then, he disappeared into the woods. Officers searched for him throughout the day, but were unable to find him.

Police say Linn was booked into the Bi-State Jail Wednesday afternoon and will be extradited back to Arkansas within the next couple of days.
