Thibodaux, La. - Sheriff's deputies in Lafourche parish have made a third arrest in a drive-by shooting that happened in Thibodaux last month.

They picked up 23-year-old Dominique Beamon and booked him with assault by drive-by shooting and aggravated criminal property damage.

Investigators say Beamon was the gunman in the incident that happened may 15th.

They say Beamon, Jessie Andre and Daymin Benoit decided to "shoot up" the home of Benoit's ex-girlfriend..

Investigators say Beamon fired two rounds into the side of the house.

No one was hurt, but one gunshot went through a wall into the house.

Andre and Benoit were released last week after posting $50,000 bond.
