Clinton, La. - A man accused of vehicular homicide in a crash that killed seven people in East Feliciana Parish pleaded not guilty to all charges. Brett Gerald appeared in court Tuesday to face charges of seven counts of vehicular homicide.

Police say seven people died as a result of the May 30th head-on collision when Gerald drove his pickup truck in the wrong lane on Louisiana Highway 67.

State Troopers said Brett Gerald's blood alcohol level was nearly two times the legal limit at the time of the crash

Gerald remains in jail on a $1 million bond. His trial is set for December.
