DENHAM SPRINGS, LA (WVUE) - A Denham Springs man was arrested Wednesday for multiple sex crimes against children, according to Louisiana Attorney General Buddy Caldwell.
Giles Frederick Thibodeaux Jr., 44, was arrested Wednesday and charged with producing child pornography, computer-aided solicitation of a minor, indecent behavior with juveniles, oral sexual battery and simple rape.
Louisiana State Police apprehended Thibodeaux at his home and booked him into the Livingston Parish Jail as a fugitive from the Attorney General's Office. Investigators with the Attorney General's Cyber Crime Unit executed a search warrant on Thibodeaux's home. As the investigation continues, additional charges are possible.
"As this investigation unfolds, it is possible that we may identify additional victims," said John Bosco, deputy director of the Attorney General's Investigations Division.
