Sweat more, live longer

(WVUE/CNN) - The key to a longer life could come from your own sweat-equity.
A study by Australian researchers found that people who exercised vigorously for more than 30 percent of the time could in some cases reduce their mortality rate by 13 percent.
Researchers also say even small amounts of vigorous activity could help reduce your risk of early death.
The findings appear in the latest online edition of JAMA Internal Medicine.
