NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - The NOPD is asking for the public's help in locating a woman sought in connection with the theft of a $16,000 wedding ring set.

During the course of the investigation, detectives learned that the victim's friend, Sauvinet, stole the rings and pawned them, according to an NOPD news release. Detectives then obtained a warrant for her arrest.
