Reward climbs to $7,500 for tips in bouncer's murder

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - Crimestoppers on Tuesday increased its reward for information that can help police find the killer of a French Quarter bouncer.

Brandon Robinson, 26, was fatally shot Nov. 28 in front of the club where he worked. The reward for tips climbed to $7,500 after a $5,000 donation from BVK Enterprises, which runs the Prohibition Bar and Balcony in the 300 block of Bourbon Street.

Surveillance video released Monday by the NOPD shows Robinson being punched by one person and then shot by another. He wasn't working at the time.
