Person of interest sought in armed robbery investigation

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - New Orleans police hope the public can help identify and find a man who may have critical information regarding an armed robbery.

It happened on Dec. 22 near the intersection of General Taylor and Dryades Streets.

Police said around 7:30 p.m., three men were robbed at gunpoint by two armed black males. The victims all complied with the suspects' demands and handed them their property. Afterward, both suspects fled the area on foot and possibly jumped into a nearby waiting unknown make and model sedan.

Police said the pictured individual is not a suspect at this time. Detectives would like to speak to him regarding the robbery investigation.
