(FOX NEWS) - Florida Police arrested 23 year-old Josh James for allegedly throwing an alligator inside a Wendy's drive-thru window.
The suspect is believed to have placed his order and waited for an employee to approach the window before the attack.
James is charged with assault with a deadly weapon and illegally possessing an alligator.
The man allegedly tossed a nearly 4-foot gator in the window and drove off. Florida police took the man into custody on Tuesday, February 9.
James has been ordered to stay away from all animals. The alligator was unharmed and released back into the wild.
