New Orleans police search for auto theft suspect

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - New Orleans police are searching for a person wanted for auto theft.

The incident took place Friday in the 900 block of North Broad Street.

According to police, at 11:10 p.m., the victim parked his tan 2004 Ford Explorer with the engine running in front of the Magnolia Meat Market. The victim then exited his vehicle and went inside of the business to make a purchase. When he returned, he discovered that someone had taken it.
