NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - A dry cold front arrives tonight and will drop temperatures for tomorrow. We'll wake up in the low to mid 30s over the next few nights on the North Shore. On the South Shore, temperatures will drop to the low 40s overnight.

Highs on Friday will likely stay in the 50s for most if not all of the day, but we can still expect plenty of sun. Plan for sunny skies and a gradual warm up through the weekend and early next week. The next chance for rain doesn't arrive until Tuesday.
