The 43-year-old female victim told police that on March 11, 2016, around 3:45 a.m., she was inside her bedroom when Matirne, her estranged boyfriend, entered her home and fired several rounds into her bedroom.
Matirne then came through the bedroom door and fired several more rounds. Matirne then fled.
The victim was not struck by the gunfire.
In a separate incident on February 26, 2016, the victim told police that around 4:09 a.m., she was inside her residence when Matirne came to her residence in an attempt to talk to her.
After she advised Matirne that she did not wish to talk to him or see him, he kicked in her door. A witness, who was inside of the residence, observed that Matirne was armed with a gun and refused to let him see the victim.
Matirne then fled the scene.
Matirne is described as a black male, around 5'6" tall, weighing about 210 lbs, with a stocky build. He is believed to be homeless.
