T.J. Maxx and Marshalls recall chairs after 15 people injured

(WVUE) - T.J. Maxx and Marshalls recalled two kinds of lounge chairs after receiving 15 reports of people injured when the chairs suddenly collapsed.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said the foldable, weatherproof chairs have an acacia wood frame. The chairs came in two styles: white gloss frame with blue-and-white striped fabric and oiled wood frame with red-and-white striped fabric.

The recalled chairs were sold for about $40 at T.J. Maxx and Marshalls stores nationwide in March 2016. Customers can return them for a full refund.
