Hack attack impacts 360 million Myspace accounts
NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - Hundreds of millions of Myspace users should set new passwords for their accounts.
Myspace confirmed Tuesday hackers are just beginning attempts to sell information they stole in a 2013 data breach. The social networking site's blog indicates law enforcement authorities are cooperating to investigate and pursue this criminal act.
Myspace workers insist only email addresses, Myspace usernames and Myspace passwords were stolen in the breach.
