HARVEY, LA (WVUE) - Furnell Celestine, 22, who is suspected of Second Degree Murder, turned himself in to the St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office Thursday night.

Celestine, along with Davin LaBranch, 18, are both accused of opening fire on June 11 at the Lowe's parking lot in Harvey. Clamisha Houston, 19, was caught in the crossfire while exiting a party bus in the parking lot and killed.

Jefferson Parish investigators say two groups of young men were involved in an argument on the bus, and began shooting at each other.

JPSO Detectives arrested LaBranch on Tuesday. They have not identified the other young men involved in the incident.

Anyone with information that could assist in the investigation should call Crimestoppers at (504) 822-1111.
