A grainy image of a car could hold the key to solving a murder in New Orleans.
NOPD investigators are looking for the vehicle they suspect was used in connection with the murder of 30-year-old Nathan Tinglof on North Villere Street September 23.
Officers called to investigate reports of shots fired near the intersection of North Villere and Arts streets around 3:15 that morning, found the body of Tinglof, face down in the street near a pickup truck.
He'd been shot in the chest and died at the scene.
Police believe the killer drove the dark-colored, four-door sedan seen in the image released by investigators.
They ask anyone with information to contact Detective John Waterman at 504-658-5300 or call Crimestoppers at 822-1111.
