Driver in fatal LaPlace bus crash indicted for negligent homicide
LAPLACE, LA (WVUE) - The driver of a tour bus that crashed on Interstate 10 in August killing three people was indicted on three counts of negligent homicide, according to a report from our partners at NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune.
The crash in LaPlace killed St. John Fire District Chief Spencer Chauvin.
Denis Yasmir Amaya-Rodriguez, 37, was indicted on in the 40th Judicial District.
No arraignment date has been set.
