Fox 8 U.S. Senate Debate: What you need to know

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Six candidates who want to fill the U.S. Senate seat vacated by David Vitter will square off tonight in a debate tonight.

The forum will be carried live on Fox 8's Bounce TV and New Orleans Public television station WYES.

A recent statewide poll conducted by The University of New Orleans sheds some light on who people are backing in the November 8 election.

Of 603 voters called last week, 49 percent say they support Donald Trump compared to 35 percent for Hillary Clinton. Read more >>
