(WVUE) - The remainder of this work week will continue to see warm and dry conditions with temperatures running several degrees above average.
Highs will reach the low-80s again this afternoon and climb toward the mid-80s by Friday.
Moisture will be on the increase over the weekend, and a few spotty afternoon storms are possible.
There is no need to change or cancel plans, as these storms are expected to be spotty. No widespread rain or washouts are expected.
This pattern will continue into early next week.
