(WVUE) - For those running the Crescent City Classic, temperatures Saturday morning will start in the mid to upper 60s and climb into the 70s during the race.
Saturday will also feature a little more humidity with a chance of a stray shower. Most of the rain will stay west of I-55 and over western Louisiana.
More moisture will move in by Easter Sunday, and the chance for scattered afternoon showers and a few storms will increase.
The rain chances continue into Monday of next week with rain gradually decreasing by mid-week.
The end of next week looks dry but very warm for this time of the year.
