Bears tight end undergoes emergency surgery in NOLA to save leg

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - A Bears player who was injured during The Saints game on Sunday underwent emergency surgery at a University Medical Center in New Orleans, according to Chicago team leaders.
Zach Miller dislocated his knee in the third quarter of the game. The surgery was performed to repair a damaged artery in his leg.
Vascular surgeons were called in to repair Miller's leg, and the surgery included grafting tissue from his other leg to repair the damaged artery.
