NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - The city's Ethics Board is interviewing and evaluating the remaining finalists for the Inspector General's post behind closed doors this afternoon.
There were five finalists, but the board said one, Richard Homegren, of Texas withdrew from consideration over the weekend.
The remaining four finalists are:
- David Harper, Albuquerque, New Mexico
- Derry Harper, Nashville, Tennessee
- Patrick Sullivan, McLean, Virginia
- Howard Schwartz, New Orleans
Ed Quatrevaux resigned as I-G in October citing unexpected health issues.
The finalists are expected to be questioned by the public as early as Dec. 20.
