Report: Temptations strip club owners evicted, business shut down

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - A strip club at the center of a yearlong eviction case will permanently shutdown after a ruling in Orleans Parish Civil Court on Tuesday, according to Nola.com | The Times-Picayune.
Judge Henry Julien Jr. approved the eviction order on Temptations, located on Bourbon St.
The club has faced a number of problems over the years, including code enforcement, fire code violations, emergency suspensions and allegations of prostitution in the building.
The club's liquor license was recently suspended.

According to the report, Temptations set up a temporary bar in a carriageway which blocked a fire exit. The club was cited. However, the business set the bar up again in the same place the next day.
