NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - The New Orleans Police Department is investigating after a man was found with an arrow wound to the chest in the Lower Ninth Ward Monday.
The incident happened at the intersection of North Rocheblave and Flood Streets, according to police.
Originally, it was reported by police that the victim was wounded by gunfire in an unspecified part of his body.
The NOPD updated their report, saying that the man was actually injured by an arrow and is in critical condition at an area hospital.
