NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - The New Orleans Police Department is searching for a subject in connection with the robbery of a pizza delivery woman.

On Wednesday around 9 p.m. the delivery woman dropped off a pizza in the 8300 block of Hickory Street.

At the time the delivery was made, the delivery woman was told by the customer, Tremeka Mosley, that she had already paid via credit card.

The delivery woman returned to the store and was told payment was not received. She returned to the delivery location and attempted to obtain payment, according to the release.

Police said Mosley continued to act as if she was going to pay, asking for change for a $100 bill then deciding to pay with card again.

After she delayed about 10-15 minutes the victim realized she was not going to get paid and prepared to leave at which time the Mosley pushed the victim against her vehicle and a struggle ensued, according to the report.

Police said Mosley stole approximately $50 from the victim's back pocket.

During a photographic lineup, the victim identified Mosley as the perpetrator of the robbery.

NOPD urges anyone who see Mosley to use extreme caution as she has had multiple documented incidents of aggravated flight from an officer.

Anyone with information regarding this incident or the whereabouts of Tremeka Mosley is asked to contact the Second District Investigative Unit at 504-658-6020 or call Crimestoppers anonymously at 504-822-1111 or toll free at 1-877-903-7867.
