LOUISIANA (WVUE) - A new study says Louisiana is capitalizing on expanded health care at a faster rate than any other state.

The report from the George Washington University says about eight percent of residents use community health centers for doctor's visits.

That's an 86 percent increase since 2010, which is the biggest bump in the U.S.
