NOPD: Man fatally stabbed in neck in Broadmoor
NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - The New Orleans Police Department is investigating a fatal stabbing in Broadmoor.
The incident happened Friday around 8:42 a.m. in the 3100 block of Toledano Street.
According to NOPD, the victim was found outside of the home stabbed in the neck. The victim was then transported to the hospital where they later died from their injuries, NOPD said.
Investigators are currently in the process of gathering evidence and information to identify the person(s) responsible for this incident, as well as a motive.
The Orleans Parish Coroner's Office will determine an official cause of death and release the victim's name, upon completion of autopsy and notification of family.
