CHALMETTE, LA (WVUE) - There is always a reason to celebrate in New Orleans. That's why it came to no one's surprise that there was a second line in the Chalmette Walmart this weekend.
Tania Torres told our partners NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune that she went to Wal-Mart in Chalmette to get her nails done and buy some groceries.
That's when she saw a second line march through the clothes second.
Torres said seeing the second line was just another reason to love New Orleans!
