NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - A man accused of shooting two people in New Orleans was arrested in Calcasieu Parish, according to NOPD.

Authorities said Braccarrie Reed and another man, Thaddieus Simmons, opened fire on the victims on June 11th on Adele street.

Reed was arrested by authorities in Calcasieu Parish Sunday on unrelated charges.

In New Orleans, he faces charges of two counts of attempted murder, aggravated criminal damage to property and simple criminal damage to property.

Simmons was arrested on June 22nd.
